Annual Report and Annual Member Benefit Statement
To help you to monitor the growth of your superannuation benefit, we will provide an Annual Member Benefit Statement and an Annual Report each year. Your Member Benefit Statement will report on your contributions, fees and investment returns, and provide details of your chosen insurance cover.

You will also receive a regular newsletter SuperNews to keep you informed about issues relating to superannuation and the Fund.
Investment Switching Option
As a member of NCSF you can review and change your investment option during the month of June, free of charge each year effective 1 July, a fee will apply if you switch at any other time during the year.
Annual Beneficiary Update
Each year members receive details of their registered nominated beneficiaries, together with an Member Update Form to change any beneficiary details if required. You may also change your beneficiary details at anytime by completing the Member Update Form and forwarding it to our office.
