Once you have joined the Fund you will receive:
- A 'Welcome to the Fund' letter
- An NCSF Allocated Pension Schedule of Account

Contact our Member Services on 1300 655 002 and ask for an NCSF Allocated Pension application to be mailed to you.
What are the Key Features of the NCSF Allocated Pension?
- No entry fee;
- Deferred or eliminated lump sum tax;
- Allocated pension funds are invested in a tax free environment;
- There are eight (8) investment options in which you can choose to invest your funds in an NCSF Allocated Pension;
- Your administration costs are a fixed annual administration fee of $360.
- There are no penalties imposed by NCSF for lump sum withdrawals other than a withdrawal fee of $20
- You receive an Annual Report, Annual Pension Statement, Pension Payment Schedule and regular Newsletters
- Tax is only payable when you receive Allocated Pension payments or make lump sum withdrawals from your account.

A choice of frequency of payments providing financial flexibility. Payents can be monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annually. |

Should your financial needs change you can vary the amount of pension you receive within the limits set by Government legislation. Your pension payment will be credited directly to your bank account to provide immediate access on the due date. |

Your savings will not be eroded by excessive fees:
- No entry fee
- One low administration fee of $30 per month or $360 per annum
- No investment switching fee (if switch is made in June, effective 1 July)
- Withdrawal fee $20

| Additional withdrawals at any time |
Should you need additional money, you can withdraw from your lump sum at any time. The minimum lump sum withdrawal is $1,000. |

| Professional investment managers |
The investment portfolios are managed by several professional investment managers. They are all appointed and monitored by the Trustee in conjunction with the Fund's independent investment consultant, Mercer Investment Consulting. |
| Death benefit |
Upon your death, the balance of your Allocated Pension may be paid to your preferred beneficiary. |
| Tax advantages |
- Defer or eliminate lump sum tax
- Tax is only payable on pension payments or lump sum withdrawals
- No tax payable on investment earnings
- Tax rebate (or offset) of 15% avaliable under certain conditions
- Annual deductible amount avaliable under certain conditions
- Tax-free threshold applies on the first $6,000 of income, if not claimed else where

| Stay with NCSF |
Your benefit stays with NCSF, the Fund that managed your account during your working life, so you do not need to transfer out of NCSF. |

At the end of the year you will receive:
- A Benefit Statement
- Payment Summary
- Taxation details for you tax return
- Statement of minimum and maximum pension amounts payable
- A form detailing your pension payment for the year
- Information for Centrelink
