How to join

It’s quick and easy to join NCSF as employer supported or personal super member.  Your spouse can also join. 

Employer Supported Members

• Simply complete and sign the Application for Membership form at the back of the NCSF Combined FSG & PDS and forward it directly to your employer. 

Personal Super Members - for self employed and members of the Public

• Simply complete and sign the Application for Membership form at the back of the NCSF Combined FSG & PDS.   Then attach your initial contribution to the application form and forward it directly to NCSF, GPO Box 180, Melbourne, Vic, 3001.

Please note: If you are interested in applying for insurance cover, please tick the appropriate box in the insurance section of the Application for Membership form.  Spouse members are only entitled to Death cover.
